We are for purpose

At least 20% of our work is “for purpose”. This means we actively seek to partner with charities, not-for-profits and commercial organisations that have a positive impact on our world.

Sitback was established with a single goal in mind, to create exceptional experiences for customers, our clients and our people.

All teams at Sitback are a mix of curious and multi-disciplinary people from a variety of backgrounds. You’ll be working with researchers, designers, product experts and technologists.

Human centred design fuels our approach to rapidly deliver customer insights, engaging prototypes and digital products and services that people love.

  • We work from anywhere

    Flexible working is built into our company culture. We have a co-working space where team members meet face-to-face and also support our staff to work from locations across the globe.

    We make time to have fun and connect as a team without talking shop. From charity fundraisers to axe throwing, regular team social events are actively encouraged.
